Climbing Area Index / Mount Washington / Central Gully (WI 1 II)
Central Gully
Good conditions in early season.
Directions:  The obvious right-angling ramp at the back right side of the ravine.
Description: Fun snow climbing, especially in neve conditions.
    Pitch 1: Climb one or two pitches of easy ice and then follow the snow ramp to the top.

Gear: a few ice screws for the easy lower ice will generally suffice
Descent: same as Pinnacle Gully
